I have experience in Prior Authorization Intake, I handle phone calls by the provider that would like to initiate a Prior Authorization for Outpatients services or Inpatients Services. I can use ----------- for Scheduling and Time Tracking. I handle emails, cooperate with the Internal team using Microsoft Teams. I can check the Eligibility of the patient using Provider tools. I'm also a Tech savvy and can work Independently but also prefer to ask if I didn't know the workflows.
