I started pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Programming. While I wasn't able to complete my studies due to financial constraints, I gained valuable technical knowledge during my time in college. Overcoming obstacles early in life, such as living independently since high school and working part-time as a waitress, has given me a strong sense of resilience and a practical understanding of managing multiple responsibilities.

Although my academic path shifted, I’ve developed skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving through my work experience. I am especially good at building strong, trust-based relationships with people, whether it's through direct interaction or providing valuable support.
