My most recent work: tofuVideo (tofu.video) — an AI video production platform I built in 48 hours. Topic goes in, finished YouTube video comes out. Flux Pro images, Ken Burns motion, ElevenLabs voiceover, FFmpeg assembly. Three videos cost $0.93 to generate.

Seoul.fm — a 24/7 K-pop radio platform I've maintained solo for 17 years. 300,000+ community, Flutter Android app, HLS streaming, Cloudflare KV caching. Infrastructure costs $10/month.
Claude Code is my primary development environment. I architect the system, spec the work, direct the agent, review outputs, push back when it's wrong, and ship. Done means deployed, tested, and working on your end.
