I have been working in the Corporate and BPO world as a Customer Service Representative for more than eleven years. With my experience it has broaden my knowledge on how to deal and interact with customer's through face to face interaction, phone, chat and email communication.
I have been working with Filipino, American, British and Australian customers. It was a great learning experience for me which has broaden my understanding on how to communicate and understand effectively. In this line of work I have a lot of patience and understanding.
I am willing to learn more in this generation where everything is a rapidly evolving global society with blending of digital technology in our everyday life.
