Once the client provides the facts of her case, I do research on case laws and analyze the statute or law applicable to the case. Further, I prepare legal instruments such as contracts, deeds of conveyances, and lawsuits. Furthermore, I do negotiate settlements and represent clients in their cases in court. I am also actively involved as a consultant in a document processing services company that specializes in the real estate industry, facilitating the efficient processing of land title transfers
