I've been in the collections industry for the past 9 years. I worked for a premier financial institution that is recognized globally (HSBC) . I worked for 4 years in the US market handling low to high risk accounts . After that, i was transferred to the Australian market and stayed there for 5 years. I handled Early 0-90 days delinquency) Late (90-180 days del) and Back-end/Recoveries (180+) stages of the collections process and some skip tracing as well. Through the whole duration of my stay there, I was introduced with various collection models and styles along with the regulations of the respective markets that i had worked for. I am flexible with working hours, able to work with minimal supervision and am used to work under pressure.
