I am a licensed architect in the Philippines with strong hands-on construction and project management experience. I am currently handling the construction of a 2-storey commercial building with a basement and mezzanine — overseeing site progress, coordinating trades, and ensuring the build stays true to design intent and quality standards.
Prior to this, I spent 2 years as a project employee on a 20-storey institutional building in Cebu under the Project Management Unit, where I coordinated general contractors across structural, architectural, and utilities work. My responsibilities included quality control and installation of materials and equipment, managing construction drawings and documentation, and communicating daily with contractors and suppliers.
This combination of design training and real construction experience means I understand not just how buildings are drawn, but how they actually get built — which makes my drafting practical, my documentation accurate, and my coordination grounded in site realities.
I'm proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Revit, SketchUp 3D, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom. I'm also a Certified Safety Officer (COSH & BOSH).
