I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education. Although I earned a degree in education, I chose to begin my career as a Non-Voice Customer Support Agent at iQor Philippines, where I worked for one year. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills. I am a hardworking, responsible, and adaptable individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in any work environment.
