7-year career as an IT Professional, I have taken on various roles and
responsibilities. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in
troubleshooting and managing on-premises and cloud systems, including Microsoft
Exchange, Zimbra, Active Directory, DNS, GCP, and Google Workspace. I have
leveraged my skills in programming and scripting languages, such as PHP,
JavaScript, Bash, and PowerShell, to automate applications and improve system
