Hi! I'm a Registered Civil Engineer with a growing passion for Construction Estimating and Quantity Surveying.
My engineering journey started in the field through site supervision and residential engineering services, and over time, I discovered how much I enjoy working behind the scenes - analyzing drawings, preparing quantity takeoffs, and turning plans into accurate cost estimates.
I've completed specialized training in US and Australian construction estimating and continue to expand my knowledge by working on estimating projects across different trades, including site works, structural concrete, framing, roofing, finishes, millwork, and MEP. I primarily use PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Excel to produce organized and accurate estimates.
Outside of engineering, my experience working remotely has strengthened my communication, organization, and attention to detail. I enjoy learning new tools, improving my workflow, and finding better ways to solve problems.
I believe every project starts with careful planning and accurate numbers. Whether I'm reviewing drawings, measuring quantities, or learning something new, I always strive to deliver quality work with professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous growth.
