I’m Ian Lester Buccuan Dedicated and highly adaptable professional with over 10 years of experience working aboard international luxury cruise ships, where I developed exceptional customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
In addition to my hospitality background, I have strong creative and administrative skills. I design banners, business cards, newsletters, social media graphics, and professional PowerPoint presentations. I also have knowledge of e-commerce, including product listing and digital content management.
Outside of my professional career, I serve as a Youth Pastor in my church, where I handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, including organizing church schedules, preparing PowerPoint presentations for worship services and events, creating engaging social media reels, and supporting ministry operations. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, time management, creativity, and organizational abilities.
While I do not yet have formal experience as a Virtual Assistant, I am eager to transition into this field. I am a fast learner, highly motivated, and willing to be trained.
