As a fresh graduate, I believe that the first company/person to hire me will leave a lasting impact and set my perception towards the standard of workplace and work habits that I should look for in the long run. Furthermore, it will immensely contribute to my growth as a professional since I believe every workplace takes a massive part in molding us as a worker.
