I am a Software QA Engineer with more than 4 years of experience in manual testing for web, mobile, macOS, and payment applications. In my work, I create and execute test cases, test different functions and scenarios, find and report bugs, and make sure the application is working properly before it is released. I am used to following test plans, documenting issues clearly, and communicating with the team to help improve the quality of the product.
My QA skills that I can also apply in other kinds of detail focused work:
● Checking information carefully and finding errors or inconsistencies
● Following instructions and procedures step by step
● Doing research to understand a process or requirement before starting a task
● Keeping accurate records and documentation
● Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
● Working independently, but also comfortable coordinating with a team
Aside from Software QA, I am also building skills in Title Search, Title Examiner, and Land/Property Research. I took a Udemy course on title examination and I am also learning QGIS, which is used for reading and working with land maps. I don't have professional work experience in this field yet, but I already have a basic understanding of how title search and property research is done, like checking ownership records, reading legal descriptions, and verifying property details. I am continuing to study this on my own and I am very eager to gain real hands-on experience.
I am open to job opportunities in:
● Software QA / Manual Testing
● Title Search / Title Examiner
● Land or Property Research
● GIS
I am a fast learner, hardworking, and I always make sure my work is accurate before I submit it. If given the chance, I am confident I can bring the same careful and detail oriented mindset from QA into Title Search and Property Research work.
