I have been working remotely for 4 years now and I could never imagine myself working at home but I am enjoying it now and even preferred to work in a remote setup as I find it more effective for me in terms of work quality. I like motorcycles, during weekends or holidays I sometimes go on a road-trip to unfamiliar places and destinations, whether all by myself or together with my cousins and friends. I was born and raised and is also currently residing in the southern part of the Philippines and there are so many places that I wanted to travel with one at a time.
I am an experienced customer support specialist who worked from an online advertising company to a financial and a tech company as well as a consultant to one of the largest Telco and ISP company in Australia which is TELSTRA. I was a technical support as well, resolving issues of each of the clients concerns and prevent the customers for making complaints.
I'm also communicating customers via, call, chat and email for further tasks and customer care, I serve as a customer support and I have worked also as a Team subject matter expert where I helped my colleagues on recommending ideas of having good customer experience. The company was also promoting us to do upselling to take an initiative as part of resolution to customers concerns which gives me a portion of experience in sales and order fulfillment at the same time.
