Head of Operations | SOPs, Team Systems & Remote Operations

I have been running operations for remote companies for almost a decade, and the work has been the same at the core every time: most growing businesses have good people and a clear direction but no real operational layer holding it together. No SOPs, unclear ownership, decisions that always end up back at the founder. I come in and fix that.

My deepest experience is in e-learning and content-driven businesses. I spent six and a half years at a global Salesforce certification company, starting as a Content Project Manager and eventually heading all business operations across product, content, customer support, and platform teams. I built the systems, the workflows, the documentation, and the cross-functional coordination that let the company run and grow without the leadership team managing every detail.

Most recently I stood up the entire operational layer at a SaaS startup from scratch. No existing systems, no documentation, no processes. I built it all: onboarding SOPs, support infrastructure, escalation workflows, internal documentation, and team execution frameworks.

Before that, five years managing a 25-30 person team at Optum and a year running the offshore VA and call center team at ShowMojo. I have managed remote teams, set up performance review systems, built training and onboarding docs, and run operational reporting for senior leadership.

What I am actually good at:

- Building operational systems from scratch or cleaning up broken ones
- Writing SOPs and process documentation that teams actually follow
- Managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Running cross-functional coordination across product, support, content, and platform teams
- Setting up customer support and onboarding operations
- Translating what leadership wants into what the team can actually execute

I work best with founders and leadership teams who need a senior ops person they can trust to own the operational side of the business. I do not need hand-holding. I have been doing this for years and I know how to work independently.
