scalability and cross-platform performance. Designed and deployed the DBM Ticketing System, a
centralized communication hub currently utilized by internal teams, external clients, and corporate
partners. Engineered custom backend automation by integrating Google Apps Script directly into the
Google Sheets data source, enabling advanced server-side logic and real-time data processing. Optimized
the front-end experience using AI-enhanced "Vibe Code" blocks and utilized Trello for agile project
tracking and milestone delivery.
