I have 19 years of experience in the BPO industry. I initially started as a Process Associate for a big telco company in Canada and was promoted to a Trainer role supporting more than 10 lines of businesses. I also have experience working for a financial institution in US providing customer service. In addition, I have also worked as a Compliance Officer servicing a Fortune 500 financial institution in the US. I also have more than 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance for a Content Moderation program. I am a team player and am looking for an opportunity where I can earn additional income from home and hone my skills further as a professional.
