I’m a Senior DevOps/SRE and Platform Engineer with over 10 years of experience across software development, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and production operations. I began as a web developer in 2015, started managing Linux infrastructure in 2018, and moved into a dedicated DevOps role in 2021.
I specialize in designing practical, reliable, and cost-conscious infrastructure. I have led two major DigitalOcean-to-AWS migrations, including server, database, storage, networking, and DNS migrations. In my current role, I delivered a major AWS migration within four months and helped reduce annual infrastructure costs by approximately $30,000.
My AWS experience includes EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ALB, Route 53, Global Accelerator, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, VPC peering, NAT gateways, VPNs, IAM least-privilege access, AWS MGN, and AWS DMS. I also have experience with Kubernetes/EKS, but I believe good platform engineering means choosing the simplest architecture that meets the business and operational requirements—not introducing Kubernetes when it adds unnecessary complexity.
Reliability is a major part of my work. I have improved unstable production environments, reduced recurring incidents, implemented monitoring and alerting, supported CI/CD pipelines and deployments, introduced autoscaling, and provided daily infrastructure support to development teams of up to 70 engineers. My monitoring experience includes New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, SigNoz, OpenReplay, and Vercel Logs.
I’m currently helping build and migrate a multi-tenant platform from a legacy PHP architecture to a modern TanStack and Node.js stack. The new platform uses Vercel as its primary application platform, with AWS for advanced networking and supporting services, Neon Postgres for the database, and Upstash Redis for domain validation. I also contribute to software development and AI-assisted migration tooling.
AI is now deeply integrated into how I work. I use Codex, Claude, and other AI tools to accelerate infrastructure work, software development, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation while still applying careful engineering judgment and production safeguards.
