Most of my career has been about helping businesses solve problems.
Over the past five years, I've worked with companies across Australia, the US, Europe, and APAC in operations, logistics, recruitment, customer support, and business development. I've had the opportunity to work in different industries—from transportation and SaaS to fintech and HR technology—which has taught me how to adapt quickly and contribute wherever I'm needed.
In my most recent role with Bulk Transport Australia, I led dispatch operations for a team of three dispatchers, coordinated 40–80 truck loads each day, managed transport operations for more than 40 regular customers, recruited and onboarded over 400 truck drivers, and closed 3–6 rent-to-own truck transactions each month valued at more than AUD $150,000 per vehicle.
Earlier in my career, I worked with international sales teams generating qualified meetings, supporting customer onboarding, and building relationships with decision-makers across the US and APAC.
What I enjoy most is improving the way teams operate. Whether it's solving operational challenges, supporting customers, recruiting talent, or helping a business grow, I take ownership of my work and focus on delivering results.
