I started
off my career as a receptionist in one of the best BPO in the Philippines for
almost 2 -----------tting an appointment for client’s agendas
and making sure that they have an organized schedule when they visit
Philippines.
Aside from
this, I was a Product Research and Listing Specialist with Amazon where I was
able to handle 8 profitable stores. With my eagerness and willingness to learn,
I was trained further on deeper processes such as Product and sales inventory,
product Fulfillment, product shipment and Customer Concerns ----------- that
role, I can say that I am proud of myself for I was able to maximize the profit
of those store by understanding concerns and problems and addressing them
immediately with appropriate solutions and creating new strategies for the
betterment of the store.
Aside from
this, I continued my growth as Data Entry Specialist with one of the best Law
Firms in Michigan USA and I was assigned to the Pre litigation Department where
I performed gathering of vital and important information
from the plaintiffs and defendant’s documents to our tool. I work with amazing lawyers
where I was able to effectively and efficiently do my task and I was able to
lighten their workload.
