I worked as an HR staff focused on recruitment at one of the Electric cooperatives in the Philippines. I was assigned to do the end to end recruitment process such as the pooling of candidates, interviews, appointment setting, contract preparation, biometrics enrollment, endorsement and orientation. I was also tasked to take care of the employees' 201 file. I have excellent communication skills having an experience working full time at a BPO company while I was still studying. I have good time management skills and organization of work.
