Through the years of being an Operations Supervisor and Manager, I have become very proficient in Microsoft Office. I can also say that I have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. As an Assistant Manager, I have 50 employees reporting to me. This includes 35 licensed professionals and 3 supervisors. I also handle 11 doctors from our department. This honed me to have very good people skills. Being the head of my Department, I also handle the financials. And had found ways to increase the profitability of my department.
