I've been working as a Client Success Manager/Project Manager for more than 8 years, responsible for ensuring that the clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their relationship with the company. I am the main point of contact for the clients, helping them to onboard, providing training and support, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. I was recently certified in Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
For my educational background, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. I started as a Research Assistant in a university study commissioned by the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC). Since then, I pursued Research and Development with the skills to perform investigation and studies for the development of existing and new procedures, products and services. I lead studies regarding specific industry’s latest trends and practices and give assessment and analysis on the kind of research each department needs for future development.
I am also an experienced graphic designer and photo editor. I pursued design as a pastime ever since I finished my studies. With my passion for art & design, I then pursued my knowledge in branding and graphic design by taking up related courses to hone my talent and skill further.
I worked as part time graphic designer for two years. I have worked with numerous projects from creating icons and logos to designing flyers, company brochures, invitations and corporate profiles.
