I handed the initial under contract transaction for both buyer and seller. I oversee all the under contract documents in Dotloop or Docisign and make sure that I input them in command. I also create opportunities in command. Then I send out all my Intro emails for the client, attorney, lender, co-op agent, inspectors, etc. After I get all the schedules, time,s and dates I input them into the calendar. And create the Greensheet and Commission. I also do follow-ups.
