I build automations that take repetitive admin work off real estate teams' plates.
For a luxury real estate team in Austin, Texas, I:
- Built an internal web app that generates and sends weekly agent performance scorecards automatically. What used to be hours of manual tracking every week now runs on its own.
- Set up Zapier and n8n automations to engage and enrich a database of 20,000+ leads: AI text campaigns, automated market reports, and skip tracing to fill in missing contact info.
- Ran daily lead-gen reporting and managed lead distribution in Brivity, keeping it fair and the client records current.
Before that, I spent almost 6 years at a Keller Williams Market Center supporting 200+ agents. I managed listings across multiple MLS platforms, verified document compliance, processed commissions in KW Command, trained new agents, and handled budgets and reporting. So I know real estate operations from the inside, not just the tools.
Earlier in my career I worked in quality assurance and customer support (Uber, DIRECTV), which taught me to be thorough, patient, and easy to work with.
