I have been a chat support specialist for an Australian account and answering queries of customers through chat before. I also helped our team leader managed a team of six people. Also, I've already used MS Office tools before like Word, Outlook and Excel and I'm quite knowledgeable on how it works. My current job as a content moderator helped me to learn skills like filtering and annotation. Outside work, I also use google sheets to analyze and gather data for reporting. One of my characteristics that I can be proud of is I can work fast without compromising the details. For me, attention to detail is most important.
