- Prepares material take-off and bill of quantities based on drawings and specifications both specialized in Infrastructure and High-Rise structures
- Read and analyzing technical drawings in order to prepare estimates and queries
- Attention to details and provides accurate assumptions based on the engineering design and estimation parameters
- Assemble an accurate and well organized estimates and proposals that fits for the client needs
- Reviewing and interpreting bid documents, plans and drawings, and prepares queries regarding technical matters- Makes engineering computations and cost summaries derived from engineering design and estimation parameters and, estimation approaches- Prepares computerized breakdown and spreadsheet for costing, equipment and manpower line-up and, tools and fuel consumption requirement- Sourcing and evaluating material suppliers and subcontractors quotations and inquiries, both local and foreign- Direct implementation of engineering standards and administrative policies program and procedures- Attends client meetings and visiting project sites for inspection
