I have been practicing Recruitment, Marketing, and Sourcing since 2012 for BPO and ESL industries. I have extensive experience in the BPO industry focusing on agent hiring as a Recruiter. I also have experience in Sourcing for agent, non-agent and home-based online English teachers positions. Moreover, I have exposure in using Digital Marketing (specifically social media sites) to attract the right market or demographics by using online advertisements, geo-targeting functions, keyword analytics and other branding efforts. I work closely with Specialists and Associates, and report directly to Managers, in ensuring targets are being met.
