I am currently the sole Sr. Data Engineer at a US construction company. I own their Azure Databricks data platform end to end, and am driving governance, lineage, and access control as one of my primary initiatives, aside from the company's data-driven projects (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, pandas, SQL).
Prior to this, I was the founding engineer at a US AI startup: I owned the technical architecture across different founder pivots: from a crypto web-scraper and aggregation pipeline with RAG (Airflow, Selenium, Supabase,
dify.ai for prototyping, streamlit/gradio, langchain), to setting up a custom image diffusion model training pipeline on top of Stable Diffusion (Google Colab,
----------- bot integration) to designing an autoscaling, resilient end-to-end image generation backend (event-driven, Redis workers, FastAPI, Celery, Supabase, AWS s3).
Alongside that, built ETL/ELT frameworks and production FastAPI services for a major PH insurance company (Databricks, PySpark, pandas, SQL).
Early in my career, I ran the API layer and data pipelines at a motorcycle financing company (Apigee, payment gateway integration, BigQuery, Airflow), where I led and mentored a team of data engineers and API developers.
