FAMILY LAW - I served for 4 years as a PUBLIC ATTORNEY (equivalent to a Public Defender in the U.S.) assigned to Family Court, handling cases on nullity of marriage, legal separation, guardianship, judicial recognition of foreign divorce, child custody, and support. I have extensive experience in mediation and negotiation involving property division, prenuptial agreements, and custody and support arrangements.
