I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for 5 years. My first 2 years working was with Convergys as a Customer Service Representative where I got to work with 3 different accounts: Macy’s, H and R Block, and DirecTV. Next is Wells Fargo Bank where I got to be a Phone Banker 1 for a year and then later become a Phone Banker 2. I have been part of the Top 10 Bankers not just for the cluster, but also for the site. I am one of those bankers who was given an opportunity to handle a bigger task which is to handle our High Profiled Customers which is a big deal for the company. Right now, I am looking for an opportunity where I can apply my customer service skills to a different role which I know would be of great help.
