I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Virtual Assistant with over 3 years of experience in healthcare customer service, physician credentialing, provider enrollment, recruiting, and administrative support. I have extensive experience managing end-to-end physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) credentialing, insurance enrollments, hospital privileging, license renewals, and maintaining provider profiles through platforms such as CAQH, NPPES, CMS, NPDB, and various hospital credentialing portals.

In addition to credentialing, I have experience sourcing candidates, posting job openings, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), coordinating onboarding, organizing documentation, and providing administrative support. My background in healthcare customer service has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills while working with healthcare providers and insurance companies.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, DocuSign, ATS and VMS platforms, and various credentialing and healthcare systems. I am highly organized, dependable, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
