Experience in preparing and summarizing medical and health care records. Review, analyze, and evaluate medical records that provide services to attorneys for product-pharmaceutical andmass tort litigation. Experience in reviewing proposed treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency in accordance withclient-specific contract rules and guidelines, and with company’s policies, practices and procedures to facilitate quality and cost effective care for the patients. Experience in accurately and efficiently abstract medical data as determined from applicable health care provider offices and/or fro-----------dical records.
