I worked as an HR Personnel for overall 2 years and 9 months. As an HR Staff I handled different facets (Compensation and Benefits, Deployment, Recruitment, Timekeeping and Payroll), this thought me how to manage my time and at the same time finishing a quality work. I also have experienced in E-commerce Platform in Lazada and Shopee for 3 years. I manage the account from packaging to shipping, attend to customer's complaints and answers queries.
