My first career was a Chat Support Representative where I have provided excellent customer service through chat applications. Helping potential/current customers with their concerns, inquiries and promotions regarding the account's products and services.
I d----------- to have a career change after being exposed on digital marketing mainly on PPC or Google Ads. I was able to polish my MS Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint ) as it was highly used from data gathering, data cleaning and data presentation. I also have knowledge on data mining, data entry, lead generation and social media management. I am now Google Ads and Google Digital Marketing certified with 2+ years experience being a Paid Media Specialist handling multiple accounts, creating multiple campaigns, ad groups and ads with a deadline. I also have experience at giving insights on reports whether they are EOD, EOM and EOY.
