One week after my application, I was promoted to the HR Assistant Team Leader in my internship program. I specialize in fostering teamwork and a good working environment while improving efficiency and organization. Throughout my college years, I have volunteered for various events and projects, refining my skills in project management, team collaboration, writing, marketing, and social media management. I also have experience in being a student journalist for five consecutive years and as the Managing Editor and Associate Editor-in-chief of the said publication. I participated in multiple news writing contests and won several awards, specifically for Scriptwriting (3rd place and two 2nd places) and News Writing (2nd place).
