I've been in BPO industry for more than three years as a Customer service Representative, Technical Representative, Sales Representative, billing and mentor. All those job description in one job. Yes, for one job. I also do part-time jobs as an ESL teacher and in Remotasks as a task reviewer. I am pretty good in using spreadsheets and as an IT graduate, i have basic skills in Game and Web development, programming, multimedia, video editing,
database and photoshop. I have a good and strong leadership skills which means handling people is just a piece of cake for me.
