?Performs staff function to the Project-In-Charge or Project Manager regarding Contract
Management, Billing & Collection and Monitoring
? Maintains a properly coded filing system for documents, plans and drawings;
? Acts as the information control for incoming and outgoing communication & instruction;
? Initiates evaluation of claims, change orders & extras;
? Prepares all information needed to support the field operation requirements;
? Assists the Project-In-Charge or Project Manager in evaluation of subcontractors & billings;
? Prepares documents for turn over during close out of the project.
? Preparation of bid proposals
