I have 15 years experience as Mortgage Broker Support , Credit Analyst and Customer Support for Australian Lending. My main role to ensure that clients passes the pre-liminary assessment before processing their loan end to end process (from pre-lodged to loan settlements).I also processed client retention services to ensure that the ongoing process of the broker meets the client's satisfaction.I have some experience in graphic design using Corel and Adobe Photoshop, I can work with Windows, and MAC OSX environment .
