I am ----------- -----------, 22 years old from Manila and a fur-mom to my Himalayan cat named Cali. I studied BS Medical Technology in one of the top universities in the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas. During my academe, I was the External Vice President of UST Red Cross and the Chairperson of UST Commissions on Elections whilst maintaining my scholarship and dean's lister standing.
I started my secretarial career at the beginning of the COVID pandemic when I was hired as a medical secretary and receptionist in a multi-specialty clinics and diagnostic ----------- less than a year, I was then promoted as operations ----------- was a very challenging period of time for the medical world so the amount of toxicity, pressure, and multi-tasks shaped me to perform efficiently at all -----------t only that, during the times that patients were piled up when the company was short-staffed, I was assigned to different departments and would even take patients' vital signs and do their initial interview for their -----------om my experience in that company, I was able to immensely improve my medical knowledge, flexibility, and problem solving skills.
To widen my occupational horizon, I ventured to an EA solutions company as a customer service and sales associate. I learned how to handle and converse with different kinds of people and answer queries about products and services. Then to further shape my skills in quick critical thinking and handling clients, I became a dispatcher and back office executive in a locksmith company in UK.
