An Engineer with vast knowledge and experience in Project Management, Engineering and Quantity Surveying. Handled tasks associated with structures relevant to the information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Civil, Construction and Interior Design from the various stages of the project in delivering of high quality conduct for satisfaction of the client, a profitable strategy targeting within the realistic and adaptable budget estimates and cash flow projections, and gaining the trust and respect of the fellow colleagues and staff in handling the work with integrity. An aptitude to advise, coordinate with and assist Project / Construction Manager in establishing and maintaining documentation and tendering procedures, in making a corrective solution in case of conflict of planned and actual application & in establishing financial analysis and projections. Liaise, consult and communicate with Engineers, Architects and Subcontractors on any changes and/or adjustments to cost estimates.
