My 1st job experience was a technical support representative for an antivirus company.
We do uninstall/install antivirus software, virus removal through remote tool, addressing billing concerns and product queries and removing unwanted programs on the PC. I was working with this company for more than a year.
My 2nd job is the role of technical support representative as well for a hospitality company providing network and internet services on small and large hotels all over the world. We address the concerns of guests or hotel staff calling from a specific hotel. Most common concerns that we address are guests having issues connecting to the wifi, doing configuration on the devices (eg. IP setup, device setup) and accessing and doing configuration on the network equipment (-----------assis, switches, access points)
I also have experienced working as a Virtual Assistant for a multimedia software company. We provide software that lets you create videos for ads, marketing and other promotion to be published in social media or any other platform. I've also worked as an IT Helpdesk for 3 years with tasks including Offboarding and Onboarding using Office365, Firewall setup, Active Directory management, Printer setup, Computer setup and remote support using Datto RMM, Kaseya, LiveConnect, Splashtop and TeamViewer to clients requiring help.
I gained experience in using chat and email tools such as Kayako, Gorgias, Zendesk, Crisp and Gist. I also gained knowledge in using Office365, Google Suite, Salesforce, Kaseya BMS, Atera, Netsuite and Autotask.
