Builds Interactive Voice Response and Contact Center applications using platforms like Avaya, Twilio, Amazon Connect, and Nice CXOne. Has legacy skills for coding IVR applications utilizing VoiceXML and CCXML, but also updated with new ones in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and PHP. The applications I build have API integrations (SOAP, REST, GraphQL) particulary in the Financial/FinTech industry. I also develop automations using current tech stacks, and have experience building conversational AI. These applications are built in a PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliant environments.
