Hi! I’m Ash, a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.
I currently work full-time in talent acquisition, supporting recruitment activities across multiple markets. My responsibilities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, job posting, recruitment administration, pipeline management, and working closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
I also have experience with contractual recruitment, employee referrals, lead generation, candidate tracking, onboarding coordination, and recruitment support. I’m comfortable using ATS and recruitment platforms, as well as sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
I’m organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. I’m also a quick learner and adaptable when it comes to new tools, systems, and processes.
While I currently work full-time, I’m open to part-time, freelance, and remote opportunities that I can manage alongside my current role. I’m particularly interested in recruitment, HR, virtual assistance, sourcing, candidate coordination, administrative support, and other roles where I can use my skills and experience.
