I’m a creative professional and communications practitioner working at the intersection of design, culture, and community impact.
Most recently, I served as Communications Officer at Benevola de Cebu Foundation Inc., where I led communications strategy, branding, and storytelling for community-focused initiatives.
My background spans galleries, cultural institutions, and creative studios. I previously worked with The Joya Gallery as Head of Education, Community Affairs, and Archiving, and as a Graphic Designer under its Gallery Creatives Studio. I’ve also contributed as a Design Intern at ATE by Tatah, an Exhibition Assistant at The Kabilin Center (RAFI), and through long-term involvement in major cultural events including Visayas Art Fair, Tubô Art Fair, and Gabii sa Kabilin, where I’ve served in both creative and leadership roles.
Alongside institutional work, I’m the founder and Creative Director of KB Studios and KBake Studios, a design-led baking extension where branding, packaging, and storytelling are treated as integral parts of the creative process.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Product Design from the University of the Philippines Cebu. My undergraduate thesis, BINIBINI: Shaping Confidence — Empowering Plus-Sized Filipino Women with Inclusive Shapewear Designs, received recognition as a shortlister at the Blue Mango Awards 2024 under the Social Impact & Community Building category.
I’m interested in opportunities within creative agencies, cultural institutions, museums, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations where design, storytelling, and community engagement intersect.
